Battle City

Once again the Turbot Street Overpass will become a battle ground as Australia’s premier dancers invade the city to compete in this annual battle of the willing. Battle City, now in its eighth year, sets the stage for the most talented, dedicated and fearless b-boys and b-girls to flex their skills in a highly competitive battle environment.

Battle City brings Hip Hop back to the street with the ultimate block party vibe in the city centre. Teams of four will face off in the traditional breaking battle stance to a soundtrack of high energy hip hop and funk as they endeavour to take each other out for the $500 cash prize. Winner takes all.

This free, open air event is one the whole family will enjoy.

This is an all-ages, drug and alcohol free event.
