As a Festival we are unique in our commitment to building skills and developing communities through musical projects, often working with regional, remote or marginalised communities over several years. There are currently many projects underway throughout Queensland that will continue through to the 2011 Festival, and are dedicated to making a difference through music.

This work would not be possible without ongoing assistance through donations, corporate and public sector support.
