The Drones
Their hauntingly raw and at times ferocious sound has made The Drones one of Australia’s most critically acclaimed rock acts both here and overseas.
In December their most recent album Havilah popped up at the beginning of every top ten list of releases for 2008 in media across the country, and last week the album earned The Drones their third AMP Award nomination.
Their first nomination in 2005 saw them walk away with the prize for “Wait Long By The River & The Bodies Of Your Enemies Will Float By”.
