Clare Bowditch

Singer-songwriter Clare Bowditch came to prominence in 2005 with the release of her second album What was Left. The album rose to public and critical acclaim, received high rotation airplay on Triple J, and helped her win the award for Best Female Artist at the 2006 ARIAs.

In 2007 Clare released the Moon Looked On a collection of tales centered on the themes of lust and desire which
included the mesmerizing single “When the Lights Went Down”.

It is the pinnacle of Clare’s thematic songwriting so far, with an uncanny ability to tell stories as achingly personal as they are beautiful and joyous.

Don’t miss Triple J favourite and 2007 ARIA Best Female Artist Clare Bowditch in this special Brisbane performance.
